Job Title: Digital Media Manager /Administrative Assistant

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Employment Type: Part-Time, combination of remote and in person position

The Las Vegas Fashion Council (LVFC) is seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Digital Media Manager & Administrative Assistant. This unique dual-role combines the responsibilities of creating and managing our digital presence with providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the council. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, digital marketing and efficient administrative functions, while demonstrating excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities.

Digital Media Management –

  • Website management

  • Create, manage and grow LVFC’s email marketing campaigns including newsletters, fliers, event announcements and various marketing materials

  • Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X)

  • Create and curate compelling and engaging visual and written content for digital platforms, including graphics, photos and videos to promote events, initiatives, and programs

  • Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and foster an active online community

  • Monitor social media trends, audience engagement and analytics to adjust content strategy for maximum impact and engagement to measure growth and performance, reporting on key metrics monthly

  • Collaborate with the team to develop social media campaigns that align with LVFC's mission and initiatives

  • Research social media trends and implement best practices to maximize reach and engagement

  • Capture content through photos and videos at events, meetings and promotions to amplify our vision and mission

Administrative Support –

  • Provide organizational and operational support for LVFC’s events, programs, and daily activities

  • Assist in preparing reports, agendas, meeting minutes, presentations and meeting materials for internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle communications with members, partners, and stakeholders

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, programs, educational presentations and gatherings

  • Serve as the point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses

  • Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for Council documents, events and member communication

  • Creation and distribution of annual and quarterly impact reports that detail the activities of LVFC, highlight impact and stakeholders of our organization

  • Maintain and update organizational databases, files, and contact lists

  • Assist with phone call and email correspondence, RSVP tracking, membership outreach, and other administrative tasks as needed

  • Support the Executive Director and team with additional duties as required


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management,digital content creation and email marketing

  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in digital tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics or similar design tools is a plus)

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet etc.), Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms

  • Experience with GiveSmart or similar event/auction platforms is a plus

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Passion for fashion, creative industries and event coordination a plus

  • Administrative or nonprofit experience is a plus but not required

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

  • MUST provide personal social media handles to be considered

Compensation:

Compensation Range: $20-$25 per hour based on experience
